July through September

I continued work on a few projects over the summer, but didn't finish anything in July or August.
I tried out macrame for the first time, doing a kit to make plant hangers and a small key fob.
This project also included using paper clay to make the planet pots. I have to say that I really wasn't a fan of paper clay. I much prefer the clay that I baked to set earlier in the year. I understand that paper clay can be appropriate when you don't want to take the time to bake the clay, as it sets at room temperature, but it took quite a while to set, more than two days, and I found it very sticky to handle.

I got back into the Exploring Texture and Pattern course that I started last year, completing the following:
1.2 Class
and the 1.3 class
The 1st module focuses on running stitch and was quite interesting.

I also started a new course by the same organization, Stitch Club. Here's what I completed through that.
Susie Vickery: Create beauty from trash

I also tried my hand at making a rope basket. I am getting some craft kits through KiwiCo, and trying my hand at different things.
